Happy Saint Patrick’s Day everyone!
I made corned beef and cabbage on Sunday for my family. I tried something different this time when making the corned beef. I added some white vinegar to the water. I read that it tenderizes the meat better. I definitely noticed a difference in how tender it was. Too bad there are no leftovers for today.
